But there’s a price to pay and Ruby always collects.

Ruby is perpetually frozen at 21 as part of a Faustian deal she made with Diablos her looks never fade but she’s actually 127 years old.

She lives in a dance club she owns and can not leave until she pays off her debt – a double bind Diablos thought would render her soul unto him.  But she gave up her daughter and her liberty to own that club and is determined to repay her debt.

She’s one soul away from freedom but nothing goes smoothly in Ruby’s world.
